0 OBJECTIVE Each individual performing this function is responsible for not only the overall quality of the activities performed per written procedures and training but also for interaction with the entire team to strive to achieve goals, promote safety and build a relationship with team members through respect and communication.
2.
0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Production Operator is responsible for performing the following functions PRIMARY DUTIES:
1) Operate and/or run any assigned job and perform all necessary work related duties.
2) Perform any process per instructions, to insure quality parts are produced and packaged.
3) Responsible for strict adherence to quality instructions on each operation and completion of required forms (I.
e.
5S scorecard, 1st Pass Yield, etc.
).
4) Place parts in specific relationship with each other.
5) Read & understand QIS/Mold Book and other oral/written instructions.
6) Package components according to procedure and requirements.
7) Perform fitting or fastening operations on assembly lines.
8) Runs machines, such as arbor presses, riveting machine and pad printer.
9) Maintain a neat and orderly flow of products and work area.
10) To properly use and maintain all safety apparel and equipment, when and where necessary.
11) Perform other duties as directed by Management.

0 SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED 1) Must be able to read and understand written and/or verbal instructions 2) Physical requirements:
a) Subjected to lifting fifty (50) pounds.
b) Repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, standing and sitting, with or without accommodation.
3) Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
4) Must be able to perform job activities according to QIS/Mold Book instructions.
5) Must be able to accurately complete forms (5S Scorecard, 1st Pass Yield, Reject Sheets, etc.
).
6) Ability to understand importance of activities and how they contribute to the achievement of quality objectives.
