Operations Managers

ASRC Federal is seeking  Operations Managers in anticipation of favorable award of the Visa Support Services Contract supporting a government agency. We are looking for staff in both Portsmouth, NH and Williamsburg, KY.

Key Role:

The Operations Manager provides support and assistance to the program manager in all operational areas at the client site. The operations manager is responsible for the development of shift schedules, staffing and ensuring adequate personnel are available to meet all mission requirements. They assist in the development of procedures and support all managerial activities and serve as a liaison on all customer interface activities. The Operations Manager shall also manage and maintain involvement in the hiring of personnel, operations and quality reporting, contract management, and operations excellence.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
