Human Resources Manager

Job Description ASRC Federal is seeking a Human Resources Manager in anticipation of favorable award of the Visa Support Services Contract supporting a government agency. We are looking for staff in both Portsmouth, NH and Williamsburg, KY. Key Role: Provide day-to-day HR guidance in the areas of policy interpretation and implementation, staffing and recruitment, compensation and total rewards, employee relations, affirmative action/EEO, organizational structure, workforce development, performance management and training to achieve the best possible business solution. Provide direction and guidance in HR regulatory matters related to day-to-day management of employees, minimizing organization risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Maintains a working knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws for assigned area. Promotes positive employee management practices. Provides guidance to line management regarding coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations related to employee relations issues, employee/management concerns or outside agency requests. Develops or implements HR programs and solutions and acts as the program manager to coordinate and deliver results. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
